MyDoc Concierge of Tampa Bay is a membership-based concierge primary care practice serving patients across Trinity, New Port Richey, Palm Harbor, Odessa, and Weeki Wachee. It was founded — and continues to be led — by Dr. Amir Shirmohammad, MD, MPH and Dr. Stephanie Eldridge, MD, MPH, the only husband-and-wife physician team in the Tampa Bay area.

Both physicians are board-certified in family medicine and hold dual degrees from Tulane University: a Doctor of Medicine from Tulane University School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Both completed their residencies at AdventHealth (formerly Florida Hospital) in Orlando. Dr. Eldridge graduated cum laude in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane's Newcomb College and was recognized with the Hawthorne Scholarship and the Jo Ellen Smith Memorial Scholarship for academic excellence and community service. Dr. Shirmohammad graduated cum laude in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University and went on to earn distinction as a medical director, faculty physician, and community leader throughout his career.

In 2007, Drs. Shirmohammad and Eldridge became the first concierge medicine physicians in Trinity, Florida and Pasco County — a distinction recognized by the St. Petersburg Times, which featured them on its cover twice for the new standard of care they were establishing in the region. Today, nearly two decades later, they continue to practice together under the MyDoc Concierge model, seeing patients personally and exclusively. There are no physician assistants, no nurse practitioners standing in, and no uncertainty about who your doctor will be.

Both physicians serve on the faculty at Florida State University College of Medicine and the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Shirmohammad has served as the lead family physician for Jesuit High School Athletics since 2014 and has provided medical services for the NBA pre-Draft Physicals, the PGA Funai Golf Classic, the Walt Disney World Marathon, and the UCF Athletic Department. Together, Drs. Shirmohammad and Eldridge founded Tampa Bay Making a Difference, a local charity established in 2016 to support community service throughout the region.

MyDoc Concierge offers its members 24/7 direct physician access, same-day urgent care, extended office visits, comprehensive preventive medicine, and a patient experience defined by continuity, trust, and time — the things that have been systematically removed from traditional primary care, and the things that matter most when your health is on the line.
